When you arrive for your visit, be sure to bring your insurance card and claim or policy number.
If you have an attorney representing you, please note that we ask for their contact information as well as a Letter of Protection to coordinate care.
What Can I Expect?
Your initial appointment will last no longer than one hour. During this time, we will consult with you about how you are feeling, assess your condition, and begin care according to your individual needs. Please note that frequency and duration of care depend entirely on your well-being and coverage.
If appropriate, we offer on-site X-rays to help diagnose your injuries and determine a course of action that is right for you. We also regularly refer practice members to physical therapy and massage as needed.
