Our Gentle Approach

When adjusting pregnant women, our practice relies on a gentle combination of techniques—Gonstead Method® and Webster Technique. While Gonstead is a general full spine approach, Webster was designed specifically for expectant moms. It focuses on aligning the pelvis to reduce pregnancy-related aches and pains and shorten labor and delivery times.
